Terms of Service

1. Overview

VOTARO (“the Service”) is a community-ranked leaderboard where users submit applications and websites, and vote on them. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts & Votes

Voting is limited to one (1) vote per day per device and IP address, cast on a single listing. We use automated anti-abuse measures, including Cloudflare Turnstile, to reduce bot and automated-agent voting. We may, at our sole discretion, remove votes we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, automated, or in violation of these Terms.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on VOTARO. Any submission or linked website that violates this policy will be rejected or removed immediately:

• NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content of any kind.
• Nudity — including partial nudity, implied nudity, or sexualized depictions of the human body.
• Pornography — including explicit sexual content, adult services, escort or cam sites, and any content depicting or promoting sexual acts.
• Illegal, unlawful, or infringing content.

We may remove any submission we deem to be sexual, suggestive, or inappropriate in our sole discretion, without notice. Repeat violations may result in a permanent ban from the Service.

4. User Submissions

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You confirm that you own or have the right to submit the website or application, and that it complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

5. Service Structure & Future Changes

The Service may evolve over time. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to change the structure, ranking, and monetization of the Service — including, but not limited to, introducing sponsored or paid listing options, adjusting how listings are ranked or displayed, and modifying voting rules. Any such changes will be reflected in these Terms and take effect as described in Section 6. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised structure.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. We are not liable for any termination of your access.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
